Critical Ventures, S.A. (“Critical Ventures,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is an independently managed venture capital firm incorporated in Portugal. We are the data controller for personal data collected through critical-ventures.com and our deal submission and contact forms.

Professional information: LinkedIn profile, company name, role.
Deal information: pitch details, financials, deck materials submitted via our forms.

3. Why we collect it

Evaluate and respond to deal submissions and general enquiries.
Maintain our CRM and track interactions with founders and partners.

Our processing is based on: (a) your consent when you submit a form or subscribe to communications; (b) our legitimate interests in evaluating investment opportunities; and (c) compliance with legal obligations.
